Shipping & Returns


We currently offer shipping within the United States. If you are outside the United States and wish to purchase something, please contact us for a shipping quote.


Items in new condition may be returned in 14 days for a full refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or defective products

Items shipped in error or received damaged can be returned for refund within 5 days of customer’s receipt of order. Folde will refund ground shipping costs for the return of any item shipped in error or received damaged and/or defective. Damaged packaging should be kept for inspection by the carrier.


Any product purchased on is guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of 30 days from receipt of your order—excluding Sales Items which are final sale only. If you think your product is defective within the 30-day period, please contact customer service using our contact form to arrange for a refund. If you did not purchase the item on our website, please contact the retail store where you made your purchase.
